Job summary

First Hope Home Care in Colorado provides compassionate, non-medical care to help seniors live safely at home. We are seeking reliable caregivers to join a growing team and provide personal care, companionship, and support in clients' homes.

The role focuses on dignity, safety, and well-being, with flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, live-in and PRN, and opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Caregiving or CNA experience preferred, not required.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Ability to assist with lifting (25–50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow care plans and agency policies
