The role offers part-time or full-time options, variable hours, competitive hourly pay between $16 and $21, with weekly pay and benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• Vaccination status documentation required (vaccinated or unvaccinated candidates welcome).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility support per care plan.
• Encourage independence by helping clients perform personal care as much as possible.
• Assist with meal preparation and serve meals, respecting dietary needs.
• Observe and document eating habits, physical condition, and emotional well-being; report changes.
• Promote social engagement through leisure activities and community connections.
• Maintain accurate daily records including activities, observations, and medication assistance (if applicable).
• Keep environment clean, safe, and organized with light housekeeping.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or client requests following established protocols.
