Job summary

Emerest Home Care Of Connecticut is seeking caring CNAs/PACs to provide compassionate in-home care in West Hartford, CT. We offer hourly and live-in positions with flexible schedules and weekly pay.

The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, transportation, meal planning, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Home care experience preferred.
• Spanish and English language ability preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive, comfortable environment
• Assist with phone calls and correspondence
• Engage in recreational activities and friendly conversation
• Run errands and supervise activities (medication reminders, dressing, etc.)
• Transport clients to doctors, recreation, and activities
• Meal planning, preparation, and shopping
• Light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, washing dishes and floors)
• Keep accurate care records and report changes in client condition
