Job summary

BrightStar Care of Omaha is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for day shifts in Omaha, NE. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care to clients, supporting daily activities and helping maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

This full-time position offers shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, competitive pay, weekly pay, and opportunities for ongoing training and growth within a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA license.
• CPR certification currently valid.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Patient-centered, compassionate care approach.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility support.
• Assist with medication reminders and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and maintain a safe home environment.
• Document care notes and communicate with care management team.
