Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our teams across the Omaha metro area, including Bellevue, Papillion, Millard, Gretna, and Omaha, NE.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts in skilled nursing, short-term rehab, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care settings. You’ll support residents with daily activities and care plans while growing your career.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA license or transfer from Iowa is required/beneficial.
• Direct patient care or caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong compassion and respect for older adults.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, toileting).
• Provide respectful support based on individual needs and preferences.
• Help residents feel comfortable, safe, and connected throughout the day.
• Observe changes in resident condition and promptly communicate to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, hydration, mobility, transfers, and daily care needs.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Follow care plans, infection-control practices, and Hillcrest policies.
