Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Whiteville, NC is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide one-on-one home care. You will support clients with daily living activities, assist with medications reminders, and help maintain a safe and healthy home environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling to fit personal needs and may be part-time, full-time, or PRN. Pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour, with opportunities for paid orientation and training, weekly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Six months of accumulated experience in a similar job classification or life experience.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, nutrition).
• Reminds and assists with medication as needed.
• Promotes a clean, safe, and therapeutic home environment.
