Job summary

Right at Home is hiring compassionate Personal Care Assistants to support seniors in the Lakeway, TX area. You’ll provide companionship, assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and help with transportation to keep clients safe and comfortable at home.

Flexible part-time schedule with shifts Tuesday–Saturday between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Pay rate $15–$17 per hour, weekly pay, paid orientation and training.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle required.
• Comfortable providing personal care.
• Dependable, caring and compassionate.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus.
• Dementia care, Parkinson’s care or lifting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation assistance when needed.
