Inspirational Home Care LLC in Indiana seeks a patient, compassionate Personal Care Aide to assist an individual at home, supporting daily routines and quality of life.

This part-time role offers approximately 17–18 hours per week. You will help with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and errands while maintaining safety and dignity. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical.
• Must be comfortable with dogs and cigarette smoke.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping activities (dishes, laundry, keeping living spaces clean).
• Provide warm companionship and daily engagement.
• Assist with errands and shopping.
