A Day After Day Home Care Agency in Sheridan, IN is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support clients at home and in their communities. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship per care plans.

The role is part-time (16–20 hours/week) with a flexible schedule, training opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and paid sick time. You will work with a care team to monitor safety, document visits, and adapt to changing client

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-home personal care and household tasks.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols.
• Good communication with clients and supervisors.
• Knowledge of daily living activities and basic health needs.
• Must have reliable transportation and driver’s license (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities as needed.
• Follow written care plans and document daily activities.
