Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant work experience or completion of a formal training program.
• Participate in annual required in-service training and screening.
• Must be medically cleared for communicable diseases.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in achieving self-reliance and independence.
• Document accurate and timely records for every visit.
• Respond to emergency situations according to established policies.
