Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Perform light housekeeping and help with household tasks.
• Encourage and support clients' exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients to take prescribed medications on time.
• Assist with shopping or grocery delivery and put groceries away.
• Plan and prepare meals in collaboration with clients based on their abilities.
• Support mobility and accompany clients to appointments and activities.
