Visiting Angels Magnolia is seeking a Patient Care Aide (PCA) to support clients across the North Houston area, including Magnolia and surrounding communities. This role offers flexible schedules, competitive wages, and growth opportunities within the nation's #1 network for at-home care.

As a PCA, you will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship while following care plans.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid and emergency response training.
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking tasks.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards.
• Compassion and desire to brighten clients’ day.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support light physical activity or walks with clients.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Report health changes or incidents to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to shopping trips and appointments.
• Assist with medication reminders and mobility as needed.
