Visiting Angels Humble TX is hiring a Patient Care Aide (PCA) to assist seniors in their homes throughout the Northeast Houston area, including Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita, Huffman, and more. The role emphasizes compassionate, respectful care and mobility support.

You will perform personal care, light housekeeping, meal planning, medication reminders, and transportation assistance, while promoting independence and dignity for clients. Training and ongoing education are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent time-management and reliable transportation.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards.
• Heart for vulnerable people seeking meaningful companionship.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Manage light housekeeping for clients.
• Encourage clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients to take prescribed medications on time.
• Assist with shopping and groceries for clients.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients based on ability.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including doctor visits and walks.
