Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment as a home health aide or nurse aide OR completion of a 30-hour training program covering required topics.
• Be in good physical health, including TB test within 6 months prior to first assignment.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying clients to appointments.
