Job summary

Always Best Care in New Haven, CT is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical support to seniors at home. You will offer companionship, assist with daily living activities, prepare meals, and help with mobility while following each client's care plan.

Qualifications

• Background and employment screenings will be completed.
• Reliable transportation is preferred for assignments.
• Experience in senior/home care/CNA/PCA/HHA is preferred but not required for highly motivated applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Assistance with mobility and transfers as trained.
• Provide transportation or accompany to appointments as needed.
• Follow each client’s individualized care plan.
• Communicate client needs and concerns to the office.
• Maintain a safe, respectful home environment.
