Cheer Home Care, LLC is actively hiring Home Care Aides in the San Diego area. The role pays $20–$23 per hour for AM/PM shifts, with 8-hour days and travel to clients in San Diego North County and La Jolla.

You will provide compassionate non-medical home care, focusing on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to keep clients living comfortably at home. The job includes potential dementia care, light housekeeping, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide compassionate non-medical home care, companionship, and personal care.
• Experience supporting activities of daily living and transportation needs.
• Preferred certifications (CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED) but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs such as bathing and grooming.
• Offer transportation to medical appointments and accompany clients as needed.
• Support dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, hospice care as appropriate.
• Provide hourly or 24/7 care and light housekeeping.
