Interim HealthCare Inc. is hiring a Home Care Aide/Caregiver in Manton, Red Bluff and surrounding areas. The role offers $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit.

Expect 1:1 client ratios, flexible scheduling, online training with CEUs, tuition discounts through Rasmussen University, and health benefits if minimum hours are met. The caregiver provides personal care for seniors at home, assists with daily activities, helps with mobility, reminders for medications, and ensures a safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen (We do not test for THC)
• Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support for seniors to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders and document condition; notify a supervisor of concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy like puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
