Job summary

Doc Love Homecare LLC seeks a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one home-based care for patients, following individualized care plans in patients' homes. You will build caring relationships, stay organized, and maintain accurate care records.

Strong communication skills are required; prior Home Health or Mental Health experience is a plus. Overnight coverage from 11pm to 7am and two weekends per month are part of the schedule, with benefits and competitive compensation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role.
• Prior Home Health and Mental Health experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to create a healthy patient environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, conditions, progress or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
• Companionship and assist with meal prep (breakfast).
• Overnight Coverage needed (11pm to 7am) and two weekends a month.
