Job summary

Active Day is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support home-bound clients in South Carolina. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health status, transport clients, and promote safety and independence.

Ideal candidates have HS diploma, 18+ years old for non-driving roles, 21+ for driving roles, and CNA/Home Health Aide certification preferred. Background checks and a flexible schedule are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and home safety.
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding.
• Observe client condition and escalate concerns.
• Run errands and assist with appointments as needed.
• Maintain a sanitary, clutter-free environment and safety.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and community partners.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
