Help At Home, LLC is hiring Home Care Aide to support seniors in their homes in Beavercreek, Ohio. You will work one-on-one with clients, provide personal care, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation assistance as needed.

We offer paid training, no experience required, weekly pay, flexible schedules, and a $15–$17 per hour rate. Full-time roles require a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Formación

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment experience as a home health aide or nurse aide, or completion of a 30-hour Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• If you do not meet the above, you must complete a 30-hour company-paid training prior to seeing clients.
• Be in good physical health, including documentation of a tuberculosis test within six months prior to the first assignment (where required).
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.
