Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides to support seniors in their homes in Ohio. No experience required; paid training provided. Work typically 15–25 hours per week based on availability and travel requirements.

Full-time requires a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to support multiple clients in a day. Now offering a pay rate of $15-$17 per hour with weekly pay, travel pay, and direct deposit options.

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment as a home health aide or nurse aide.
• Completion of a 30-hour Training & Competency Evaluation Program if not meeting the above.
• Must be in good physical health with TB test documentation where required.
• Commitment to professional development and state-required training.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying clients to appointments.
