Job summary

Help at Home is hiring a Home Care Aide to support seniors in their homes in Ohio. You will work 1-on-1 with clients, assisting with daily activities and light housekeeping, with pay between $15 and $17 per hour.

Start with paid training if needed; flexible schedules with 15–25 hours per week, travel pay, and weekly pay. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are helpful for multi-client days. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment as home health aide required.
• If not met, complete a 30-hour company-paid training prior to seeing clients.
• Good physical health including TB test within 6 months prior to first assignment.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying your clients to appointments.
