Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides in Bainbridge Township, OH. We offer paid training and no experience required. Caregivers typically work 15-25 hours per week, with some full-time options based on client needs.

Starting pay is $15-$17 per hour, with weekly pay, travel pay, and direct deposit. You’ll provide 1-on-1 in-home support, assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping, errands and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised HHA/nurse aide experience or completion of a 30-hour training program.
• If not meeting the above, complete a 30-hour company-paid training before seeing clients.
• Good physical health with TB test documented within 6 months of first assignment where required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and state-required training.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with light housekeeping, personal care, meals, and errands.
• Support clients with appointments and daily activities as needed.
