Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides in Ohio to support seniors in their homes. We offer paid training, no experience required, with 15-25 hours weekly; full-time requires a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle to service multiple clients daily.

You will work one-on-one with clients, assisting with light housekeeping, personal care, meals, and errands. The role offers weekly pay, travel pay, direct deposit, and opportunities to grow within a veteran-friendly,

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment as a home health aide or nurse aide or completion of a 30-hour training.
• If you do not meet the above, complete a 30-hour company-paid training prior to seeing clients.
• Be in good physical health, including a TB test within six months prior to first assignment.
• Commitment to professional development and state-required training.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.
