Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to support seniors in their homes across Chicago. You will provide one-on-one assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, grooming, meals, and errands, helping clients maintain independence and safety.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of prior caregiver experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.
• No experience required, CNA certification encouraged.
• Willingness to complete state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.
