Help at Home is the nation's leading provider of in-home support to seniors. We are hiring in Chester, IL to join our team as a Home Care Aide. You will provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities and personal care.

Earn between $18.75 and $21.00 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off. We offer flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement to support your commute.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of caregiver experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Access to insured and reliable transportation.
• CNA certification encouraged.
• Commitment to professional development and state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients in their homes.
• Assist with light housekeeping, dressing, grooming and meals.
• Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments.
