Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides to provide one-to-one support in clients' homes across your community in Ohio. You will receive paid training, no prior experience required, and typically work 15–25 hours per week with travel between clients.

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle help you cover multiple visits in a day. We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, travel pay, direct deposit and a cash card, plus meaningful work helping seniors remain safe at home.

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised home health experience or CNA program 30+ hours.
• If not met, complete a 30-hour company-paid training before seeing clients.
• Good physical health; TB test within 6 months if required.
• Commitment to professional development and state-required training.
• Caregivers must comply with state background checks; compensation varies by state.

Responsabilités

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments
