A driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are helpful for travel and full-time schedules. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and coordinating transportation.

Qualifications

• STNA or 1 year of supervised employment as HHA or nurse aide.
• Completion of a 30-hour Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• TB test within six months prior to first assignment.
• Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 in-home care and supervision for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, grooming, and meal support.
• Run errands and accompany clients to appointments as needed.
