UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Direct Care Worker in Oconto, WI to provide in-home personal care and support daily living activities for clients. You will help with bathing, grooming, ambulation, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring client condition, documenting vital signs, and ensuring safety while using EVV systems. Flexible hours and a comprehensive benefits package are offered with pay ranging from $14.00 to $20.00 per hour

Formación

Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

Responsabilidades

Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
