Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle, or use of public transportation
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• 6+ months of home care experience
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet clients’ needs

Responsibilities

• Provides or assists clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, transfers, ambulation, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Live-in and Sleep Over services per client need and policy.
• Utilizes the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) program where applicable.
• Assists with household tasks essential to personal care and accompanies clients to appointments or shopping.
• Measures and records vital signs when ordered, and assists with meals as needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe home environment and uses equipment safely.
