Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with CNA/HHA certification preferred. Driving positions require a valid license, insurance, and reliable transportation; prior health care experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• For driving roles: valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance/registration.
• Home Health Aide and/or CNA certification preferred.
• Minimum one year in a health care setting preferred.
• Experience with seniors or adults with special needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assist with light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and home safety to maintain a healthy environment.
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with feeding as needed.
• Observe for changes in condition; escalate concerns.
• Run errands and assist with appointments.
• Ensure safety and maintain a sanitary, clutter-free environment.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, and coworkers.
• Comply with policies, safety, and regulatory standards.
