Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a related care giving role preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and safely assist with physical tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for certain assignments
• Ability to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility and transfers safely and with dignity
• Help with light housekeeping duties including meal preparation and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
