Responsibilities

Support clients with mobility and transfers safely.
Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
Accompany clients to appointments and errands when required.
Monitor clients’ physical and emotional well-being and report concerns to the healthcare team.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Adhere to care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
