Job summary

Omatochi is seeking a Caregiver I to provide direct care to clients in California homes or community settings. You will follow care plans, assist with daily living activities, and maintain safety and dignity in every interaction while documenting services accurately.

This field-based, non-exempt hourly role offers a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends, with overtime eligibility in accordance with California law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.
• Experience using mobile documentation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
• Accurately document services delivered using approved systems.
