Omatochi is seeking a Caregiver I to provide direct in-home care and support to clients in California. This field-based role involves assisting with daily living activities, following care plans, and delivering services safely and respectfully in clients' homes and community settings.

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled visits.
• Communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies.
• Complete assigned visits as scheduled.
• Accurately document services delivered using approved systems.
• Report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately.
