Job summary

Noble Nursing Healthcare is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home care. The role includes assisting clients with daily living activities, monitoring health status, and following care plans set by the Case Manager.

You will help with dressing, bathing, meals, mobility, and medications reminders while maintaining records and reporting changes. The ideal candidate holds a CNA license, CPR/First Aid certification, and a high school diploma or GED with six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least six months related experience or training.
• CNA license required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short notes, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, bathing, and grooming.
• Prepare and serve meals following prescribed diets.
• Assist clients into and out of bed, wheelchair, or car and help with stairs.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications as directed.
• Provide socialization through reading aloud, games, and activities.
• Maintain records of services and report changes to the Case Manager and family.
• Change bed linens, launder, and perform light cleaning of client's quarters.
• Accompany ambulatory clients outside the home as guide and aide.
• Assist with prescribed exercises, massages, and heat therapies.
• Run errands and obtain household supplies as needed.
