Job summary

A&C Private Home Care is seeking passionate Personal Care Aides to support clients across Georgia. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, one-on-one care and making a real difference in daily living.

The role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay with benefits, and training to help you succeed. Prior home care experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide the necessary onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable caregivers with strong client rapport.
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain.
• TB test required or willing to obtain.
• Experience in home care preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and companionship for immobile, recovering, or frail clients.
• Report changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional conditions to relevant parties.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and brushing teeth.
• Engage clients in activities and accompany them on outings.
• Perform basic housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with finances, bills, and running errands.
• Arrange transportation to medical appointments.
• Provide mobility support with walking aids and wheelchairs.
• Maintain a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment.
