Job summary

The Family Home Provider opportunity in Murray, KY is a home-based caregiving role that invites you to open your heart and home to someone in need of a stable, family-like setting. You’ll receive a daily rate plus a monthly room and board stipend, with income often non-taxable under foster care provisions.

As a Family Home Provider, you integrate the individual into your daily life, serving as mentor, housemate, and support system while helping with activities of daily living and community

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid Driver’s License with active auto insurance.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, welcoming living environment for the participant.
Provide daily support with ADLs (cooking, cleaning, bathing) as needed.
Oversee health needs and administer prescribed medications.
Empower the individual to achieve personal goals and life skills.
Include the participant in family activities and outings.
Maintain accurate daily documentation of care and progress.
