Zohorecruit is seeking a compassionate Family Home Provider in Paducah, KY to welcome individuals with intellectual and development disabilities into a stable home. You will be a mentor, housemate, and support system, helping with daily activities and fostering independence.

The role offers a daily rate plus a monthly Room & Board stipend, with non-taxable income benefits under foster care provisions. Work is done from your home, supported by 24/7 administrative guidance from the agency.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18+ years old.
• Driver’s License and auto insurance; pass background check and drug screening.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with administrative team.

Responsabilidades

• Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive living environment.
• Assist with ADLs (cooking, cleaning, bathing) as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed.
• Document daily care activities and progress to maintain care standards.
