Job summary

Modani Care in Saint Charles, MO is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our in-home care team. You will provide support with daily living activities and help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration under supervision, and detailed record-keeping. Strong communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals is essential for seamless care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HHA experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, bend and transfer clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients, including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers using assistive devices and equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by a licensed professional.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Demonstrate professionalism and discretion in interactions with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on industry practices.
