Modani Care in Saint Charles, MO is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our in-home care team. You will assist seniors and adults with daily living activities, ensuring safety and comfort at home.

Responsibilities include providing personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration as directed, maintaining care records, and coordinating with families and healthcare professionals.

Formación

• 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transfer clients as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfer needs, including use of assistive devices and equipment.
• Administer medication and treatments as directed by a licensed healthcare professional.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Utilize a high level of discretion and professionalism when interacting with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and continue to grow professionally.
