Job summary

Family PillarsHomecare in Florida is recruiting HHAs and CNAs to support seniors and adults at home. The role covers ADLs, mobility and companionship, with shifts across Orlando and nearby areas. Per diem options and flexible scheduling fit student schedules and families.

Required certifications include HHA or CNA, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license. We offer direct deposit and steady hours, with growth as we expand to new counties.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate (or pass the HHA State Exam) or CNA License required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical health form within the last 6 months and TB screening.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Follow the patient’s individualized care plan and communicate changes to the team.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and comfort at all times.
