Job summary

OurCare Health in Brandon, FL is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and individuals needing support to remain independent. You will join a team dedicated to strengthening trusted relationships with clients and families.

As an independent contractor (1099), you’ll enjoy direct deposit every Friday, flexible scheduling, and shifts paying $16/hr minimum, with some shifts reaching $20/hr or more.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit Compassion and Pride in your work while enhancing the quality of life of your clients
• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Assist with Ambulation, transfers, exercise, and assistance with feeding when necessary
• Meal preparation, home making, transportation, shopping and other custodial services
• Communicate with office staff to ensure our clients are receiving the best possible care and assistance
