Job summary

Rise Up Home Care is seeking CNAs and HHAs in Florida for shifts ranging from 4, 8, to 12 hours, on weekdays and weekends. Some shifts are in clients' homes while others in facilities, offering a mix of companion care and mobility/ADL assistance.

HHAs start at $19/hr and CNAs at $20/hr. We pay every Friday. Flexible scheduling and training & development are provided, with a team where office staff are caregivers, ensuring understanding of the caregiver experience.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, their families, and our office staff.
• Dependability in getting to shifts on time with no or few call outs.

Responsibilities

• Care for clients in home or facilities, monitoring conditions and assisting with daily activities.
• Assist with mobility, ADLs, meals, and light housekeeping as needed.
