Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis West is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) or Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. The role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, and medical benefits where available through the franchise.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of HHA/PCA experience, and a state-approved training/certification. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of HHA/PCA experience in health care.
• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide or HHA/PCA course.
• CPR certification is recommended.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
• Read, write and speak English as needed for the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide personal hygiene support and basic care tasks.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping.
• Follow care plans and document changes as directed.
• Use PPE provided to protect clients and staff.
