Qualifications
- HHA Certificate or CNA License required.
Responsibilities
- Perform activities of daily living for clients.
- Assist with range of motion/exercises as prescribed.
- Assist transfers using lifting devices.
- Monitor and record vital signs as directed.
- Assist with home management tasks (laundry, meals, bed making).
- Assist with ambulation and mobility.
- Provide medication assistance as needed.
