Job summary

Extended Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Security Team Member to maintain a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors. You will monitor premises, entrances and surveillance, and respond to alarms to deter incidents and protect people.

Responsibilities

• Secure premises and personnel by monitoring surveillance equipment and building entrances.
• Permit and observe entry and exit of visitors, staff, and personnel.
• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
• Answer phones courteously and distribute calls to appropriate departments.
• Use judgment and problem-solving skills to handle difficult situations.
• Contact emergency personnel when necessary and provide assistance in crisis situations.
