Qualifications

• Experience in institutional housekeeping or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Familiarity with floor-care equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily.
• Mop, sweep, dust, wash windows, shampoo and vacuum carpets.
• Arrange furniture and dispose of trash; report repairs as needed.
• Identify and correct safety hazards; follow facility safety rules.
• Attend in-services and comply with care management policies.
