PACS Group seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will clean public areas, restrooms, and resident spaces, sanitize rooms, and ensure carts and storage areas stay organized and sanitary.

Strong attention to detail and reliable teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include following safety guidelines, using cleaning equipment properly, and communicating effectively with staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care housekeeping is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain public and common areas, restrooms, and floors.
• Sanitize resident rooms and bathrooms regularly.
• Wipe handrails and remove dust and debris from walls and fixtures.
• Empty trash and replace liners; sweep and mop throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and operate cleaning equipment according to instructions.
• Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and sanitary.
• Report safety concerns to supervisors.
