Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and common areas including lobbies and restrooms.
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails, walls, mirrors, fixtures, and dispensers.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and use chemicals per instructions.
• Operate cleaning equipment and supplies correctly.
• Keep carts and storage areas clean and organized.
• Report resident safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
